Your last email...
Isabelle Hontebeyrie
A company now sends your loved ones a pre-planned e-mail message which will be delivered after your death.
For prices ranging from 8.99 € to 18.99 €/year, you can now have your last email sent to your loved ones after your death through a sevice called The Last Email.
Depending on your subscription plan, you can also attach sound, video, and pdf files to your E-mails.
There is also a free plan available: "This is our simplest plan. The "FREE plan" is limited to one email and no attachment space is available, but you can test the full functionality of our service. No cost to you at all. No payment information is required. You can upgrade your plan at any time."
"If you care about your loved ones and want to make your death easier for them, it is vital that your desires, decisions, and instructions be discussed with the important people in your life," said Alberto Iriarte, director of www.TheLastEmail.com. "Your choices should also be written out so they will be available when the time comes. When you have done that, you will derive a deep sense of satisfaction, accomplishment, and relief about the future. Your loved ones will be grateful, both now and after your death, for all the effort you put into easing their grieving process."
The information is encrypted using this key and saved on secure servers that only the subscriber can access.
"Our service enables you to leave a final personal E-mail to those you leave behind so you can say the things you always wanted to say, or intended to say, or say what you said before one more time, or just say goodbye," said Iriarte.

Il faudrait pourtant bien trouver moyen de spammer d'outre-tombe les spammeurs :-)
